Our Story

Established on February 2008, Reno, NV we started providing computer repair services in-site. Many people had laptop broken computers, and they hoped we can help them bring back to life their laptop. Most of the time we did, but in many cases the replacement parts we so expensive that people would rather throw away their laptops. That's when we started purchasing those old broken laptops from them. Instead of throw them away, they got cash. They couldn't believe it that we could turn that laptop into profit. We said: "there's a lot of people out there that would love to have refurbished computer, you just have to know where to find them and provide an excellent product". As we acquired more experience in the field, we started purchasing more and more broken laptops. Now, we buy laptops not only nationwide, but worldwide. The reason of our success between so much competition was our outstanding customer service, transparency and honest business practices.
We focused in the satisfaction of every single customer, this, leading us to rapidly obtain the accreditation of the Better Business Bureau.
